However, if you want detailed costs you need to invest in a detailed cost estimate and then a full priced tender from contractors and suppliers.
The more detail and accuracy you want, the more you will have to spend – more detail means more time and resources increasing the cost.

It is not a detailed cost plan. A detailed cost plan is a full measure of all available quantities and the pricing of these quantities. This takes a lot more time and so costs more. A detailed cost plan is not required for feasibility planning – it is overkill and not sustainable to pay for detailed cost plans for dozens of property ventures that may never proceed.
