How accurate is it ?

It is a ball park figure, an educated guess.

Our figures are based on projects that we have previously worked on.

They are likely costs.

However, if you want detailed costs you need to invest in a detailed cost estimate and then a full priced tender from contractors and suppliers.

The more detail and accuracy you want, the more you will have to spend – more detail means more time and resources increasing the cost.

Who is this suitable for?

Property developers, Architects, property owners who want to know the likely cost of their construction venture so they can calculate the projects feasibility. Knowing your ventures likely construction costs helps determine whether a project is feasible or not.

What is it not suitable for?

It is not a detailed cost plan. A detailed cost plan is a full measure of all available quantities and the pricing of these quantities. This takes a lot more time and so costs more. A detailed cost plan is not required for feasibility planning – it is overkill and not sustainable to pay for detailed cost plans for dozens of property ventures that may never proceed.

How long does it take ?

It takes a minimum of two working days.

How do you buy this feasibility cost plan ?

Simple. Email us your drawings and information and we will send you our quotation and invoice.

We only start work on the estimate once you have paid and we have received the payment.

How much does it cost?

It costs at least £100 Sterling plus VAT and maximum £500.00 Sterling plus VAT. It really depends on the level of information you have.
