What is it not suitable for?

A detailed cost plan is a full measure of all available quantities and the pricing of these quantities. This takes a lot more time and so costs more. A detailed cost plan is not required for feasibility planning – it is overkill and not sustainable to pay for detailed cost plans for dozens of property ventures that may never proceed.
